ELEVATE: A Personal Development Program for Professional Growth (National Online Workshop)

A National Online Workshop was organised by Department of Commerce University of Kota & Indian Accounting Association Kota Branch on 7th Feb for students & Professionals from all over India.

This 2 hour workshop was conducted by Mrs Rohini Kohli in which more than 400 students participated. This was organised on a virtual platform.

Maheshwari Head of Department took the initiative to organise this workshop so that today’s youth become more aware of the Essential Skills required for Career Growth

Mrs Priyanka Dahiya (Executive Member IAA) was the main Coordinator of this workshop.

Highlights of the Session were:

1. Developing essential skills for Professional Growth.

2. Exploring online platforms like NPTEL, Coursera, upGrad,

Linkedin Learning and more.

3. Learning from case studies and examples.

The students enjoyed the Interactive discussion. brainstorming session & gave an extremely positive feedback.
