Stay Focused! Stay Stress Free! - A session for teachers & students was conducted at Vidhyanjali Academy, Kota wherein they were given some tips on how to stay stress free & be more organised & focused in life.

Activities were conducted for the students on how to analyse themselves & set their goals on time so that they have clarity of thought while pursuing their academics.

The students were involved in team work activities to build their focus towards working in teams. For the teachers, another interactive session was conducted with some energising activities.

The teachers were made to realise the importance of maintaining high energy level with students & how to be good at multitasking.

The sessions were very well received & appreciated by staff & students of Vidhyanjali Academy, Kota
